TRAINING-OF-TRAINERS
The Training-of-Trainers (TOT) program is one of CSDF Hungary´s most prized services. Participants on this program learn the characteristics of training and consultation as a form of education and advice- giving.
The aim of the program is to develop skills necessary to become efficient and successful trainers and consultants.
Skills include the following:
- Moderation of professional forums of debate and meetings
- Structured team leading
- Identification and handling of team and group dynamics
- Applying and combining visual aids
- Developing comprehensive training plans and curricula
- Developing presentational and communicational skills
- Facilitation
- Organizational assessment and evaluation
