The purpose of a training course is to go beyond sharing knowledge, it aims to make it a hand-on experience. It concentrates on the development of skills and attitude.

 

 

A training course usually welcomes 8-15 participants and takes 4-7 hours a day. There are however, training courses lasting for many days. A training session is built up of interactive, participatory group work with lots of different exercises sequencing smaller theoretical blocks. The course therefore becomes a dynamic way of learning.

Customized training services are available upon request to our clients on a variety of topics. These training services are tailored to suit our clients` needs and are designed to help solve their specific concerns. In order to guarantee that each of our consultations and training courses are successful, we develop the timeframe and put the training team together with the client according to the topic and training conditions. If needed, we can offer further consulting assistance following our training courses to reinforce the learning and assist with the implementation of strategies and action plans.

 

In addition to our training services, CSDF Hungary can provide smaller-scale workshops as well as presentations and lectures at different events and conferences, depending on our clients` needs.

 

We provide nonprofit management training courses  in over 40 topics, however, our customary practice of tailoring  our training and consultation services to given groups and their particular needs means that the range of what we can actually offer is even more diverse. The scope of our services is being continuously broadened through internal professional development processes and working experience.
