Organizational Development (OD) is an assessment process whereby general organizational problems are mapped out and examined. The consulting trainer performs a diagnosis of the operations and management of a client NGO, taking into account the views of "opinion-leaders" working within it.

This service is recommended for those organizations that need external help with identifying, articulating and ultimately solving organizational problems. Trainers conduct interviews at the beginning of the process to survey the prevailing conditions and reveal possible causes, which are later used to identify overall solutions. Through this, a structure for a comprehensive training package is produced together with all the people involved in the process.
