So why is this site?
Why we’ve launched a site like this? There
are many reasons for it, but perhaps the most important is that we
think time has come to have a new paradigm: the nonprofit sector of the
period following the change of the regime, its network system and
relations with the state, politics and the business sector have become
old-fashioned and in some cases biased.
